What documentation do I need to set up my membership?

We are legally obliged to collect one copy of your photographic identification and one copy of your home address from a utility bill for AML checks. The administration cost for carrying out these checks is charged as a one off non refundable charge of £30+VAT for UK members or £100+VAT for members outside the UK. Membership will not begin until both forms of identification have been submitted and checks have been carried out.

How long will it take to receive my post?

All memberships include postage. All mail will be posted out on the day we receive it via Royal Mail 1st class post. Please allow up to 5 days for mail to arrive at your address (UK)
